Assessment Purpose
To understand the policy context for inclusion and diversity in the educative process. The aim of this task is to gain an understanding of the importance of supporting inclusive participation and engagement of each child in the learning and teaching process.

Assessment Details

Focusing on inclusion and diversity use the Victorian policy document, the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF), choose one of the following points to analyse and interpret how the document:

• excludes or includes diverse perspectives of learners OR
• explores different cultural constructions of childhood OR
• examines participation for all children’s diverse contexts
