By analyzing already existed English education institutions’ example in China to generate a feasible and reliable marketing strategy for a new English education institution in China.
1. provide at least 5 already existed real English education institutions(ex. New Oriental) and find their marketing strategy.
2. including data analyze (chart & graphs are preferred)
ex. find out how many percent of China English education institutions use which marketing strategy successes and how many percent of China English education institutions use which marketing strategy failed.
3. use SWOT to do analyze the data (IMPORTANT!)
4. generate a well-organized and detailed marketing strategy for a newly started English education institution in China (the strategy should include but not limited to course setting, advertising, institution construction, target age of students, etc.)
